PR Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive: LDN

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our team and grow with us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their PR career. You’ll already have some media experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling. You’ll work closely with senior team members to drive media relations, support campaigns, and build your own network of key journalists and influencers.

What you'll do:
- Secure media coverage – Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists in food, drink, and travel media.
- Pitch with confidence – Develop compelling stories and sell them into the right media outlets.
- Support press trips & events – Help plan and manage media experiences that bring brands to life.
- Write engaging content – Craft press releases, media alerts, and feature pitches that tell great stories.
- Stay ahead of trends – Keep on top of industry news and identify PR opportunities for clients.
- Monitor & report – Track media coverage, compile reports, and analyse campaign impact.
- Be part of a busy press office – Help manage media enquiries and keep clients in the news, track coverage, evaluate clippings and lead on monthly reports, keep media lists up to date
- Contribute creative ideas – Bring fresh thinking to client campaigns and the agency.
What you need to have:
- 1 – 4 years of PR experience, ideally in food, drink, or travel (although not essential in those areas)
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and how to secure coverage
- Existing journalist contacts—or the confidence to build them fast.
- Excellent writing skills and a creative approach to storytelling.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for food, drink, and travel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A collaborative mindset—teamwork is key at Hue & Cry.
