We’re looking for a bright, ambitious Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team and grow with us.

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing PR strategies that elevate our clients’ brands in the travel, food and drink industry. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing creative campaigns, and overseeing the day-to-day running of your accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Secure standout coverage: Lead media outreach across national, lifestyle, digital, and trade titles, building strong relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Craft compelling stories: Write sharp, engaging press releases, pitches, and content that drive media interest and align with client strategy.
  • Lead media activations: Plan and manage press trips and events from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and top-tier coverage.
  • Drive strategy: Spot media opportunities, react to trends, and support the development of creative campaign plans.
  • Manage the press office: Handle media enquiries, track and evaluate coverage, keep media lists updated, and oversee reporting.
  • Mentor and collaborate: Support and manage junior team members, contribute to internal brainstorms, and work closely with senior members of the team to keep campaigns moving forward.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience: 3–5+ years in a PR agency role (AM or SAM level), ideally with experience in travel, food, drink, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong media know-how: A solid understanding of the UK media landscape and a proven ability to deliver high-impact coverage.
  • Excellent media and influencer contacts: Established journalist and influencer relationships across travel, food and drink (general lifestyle and consumer news a bonus!)
  • Exceptional writing & storytelling skills: Able to write with clarity, creativity, and precision, adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Commercial acumen: Able to keep track of campaign and project budgets and experience supporting new business proposals and pitches.
  • Proactive attitude: A self-starter who brings energy, initiative, and a solution-focused mindset to their work.
  • Highly organised: Able to manage multiple workstreams across client accounts with strong attention to detail and time management.
